The Officers and Board of Directors of the Indian  Hills Property Owners Association (IHPOA) would like to place the emphasis on IHPOA being "YOUR" rather than "The" association. In this way it may better serve the neighborhood and increase membership in the association.

We also want to clarify our mission and what we want to accomplish by paying particular attention to the parts of the Bylaws referring to promoting the recreation, health, safety and welfare of the residents and property owners, for the common benefit and enjoyment of all.

This does not lessen our responsibilities to enforce the applicable covenants, restrictions and agreements, but demonstrates our desire to work in a more positive, pro-active and cooperative light.
